This is Us:
WHO WE ARE: This little church on the lake has been a lighthouse for Jesus Christ for over a century.
THE BUILDING: Recently renovated; but retaining traditional features. Our location on Lake Huron gives us a glimpse of God's creation, which provides a serene atmosphere for worship.
THE PEOPLE: We are a smaller congregation, which provides you the opportunity to know and be known by all. We are an interactive church; we hold monthly fellowships and participate in weekly men and women's fellowships. The atmosphere is friendly and personable.
THE LEADERSHIP: Our church is composed of a pastor, deacons, and trustee. Our pastor sees his role as not only a preacher of God's Word but also a shepherd of God's flock. The deacons and trustee take oversight of practical church business as well as work in conjunction with the pastor to make spiritual decisions for the local body.
THE WORSHIP: Our worship style is traditional and conservative by today's standards. This is not to be equated, however, with "old and dull". We sing songs that are timeless in their value we do so with great joy and vibrancy.
SERVICE TIMES: Our services are held every Sunday and the third Wednesday of the month. Sunday school begins at 10 AM, followed by morning worship at 11AM. Please join us as we hear the preaching of God's Word. We welcome the opportunity to get to know you and worship our Savior with you.
LOCATION: We are located in Alabaster Township at the corner of Benson and Turtle roads.

What We Believe:
WE BELIEVE: in the absolute authority of the Bible-The Word of God recorded and preserved by the Holy Spirit (II Timothy 3:16)
WE BELIEVE: in Jesus Christ, The Son of God who died for our sins according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3) WE BELIEVE: in salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10) WE BELIEVE: in the Holy Spirit who dwells in the hearts of those who have been born again (II Corinthians 1:21-22). WE BELIEVE: in the security of the believer who is kept by the power of God (John 10:28, Philemon 1:6)
WE BELIEVE: in the separate Christian Life that will bring honor to the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 6:11-18)
WE BELIEVE: that those who have been born again have eternal life and shall not come into judgment but have passed from death unto life (John3:18; 5:24).
WE BELIEVE: The Blessed Hope, the personal, pre-millennial, pre-tribulation and imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, which is known as the rapture of the church. We also believe in the personal, visible and glorious return of Christ to earth with His saints at the end of the Great Tribulation. This phase of His coming is known as the revelation of Jesus Christ. When He returns to earth with His saints, we believe that Jesus Christ will establish His millennial kingdom and will reign for one thousand years. (Titus 2:12, Thessalonians 4:13-17; Revelation 19:11-21, 20:1-6)

Our History
"I will build my church, and the gate of Hades shall not prevail against it." Matthew 16:18b
Established in 1902, Alabaster Bible Church was founded by a local community of believers whose sole mission was to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to families in the greater Saginaw Bay area. With it's historic chapel and traditional bell tower, Alabaster Bible Church has been the leading house of biblical study and worship in Saginaw Bay for over 120 years, and will, by the grace and providence of our Lord, continue to be a shinning light to the world for God's glory.
